Am I pregnant?

So Sunday the 9th or Monday 10th my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex I was supposed to start my period Tuesday the 11th but here I am today Sunday 16 a week later roughly and no period. I’ve taken pregnancy tests and all cane back negative. I’m just curious is it to early to have taken the test or should I not be worried and it’s just my body? (Which I have never been late on a period ever) Also my boyfriend and I have been trying for a baby. I guess I just need some advice.
