Baby carriers

I will have my four year old niece full time starting this summer as soon as I have my baby. I also have 2 dogs that I constantly take out during the day to run, so I figure I need a carrier so I have at least some free hands for the other kid and the dogs while we are out. What are your guys favorite carriers!?
