Ever had cramps that were excruciatingly painful??

Got my period this morning, had normal cramps as usual on the first day. I went downstairs to get something to eat so I could take an advil, all of a sudden I couldn’t even stand up straight leading me to being on the ground. I ended up going to the bathroom next to the kitchen and I sat on the toilet terribly sweating so I took my clothes off even though it was freezing downstairs. So me sweating and the cold air was not a good combination, made me even colder yet I was sweating really badly and I just wanted to pass out. I wanted to throw up and I just couldn’t sit still. The hardest thing was me trying to go back upstairs to get my mom. I laid on my bed just squirming and crying because it was the worst cramps I’ve ever dealt with. Phew, just so glad it’s over. 😣
