Nipples leaking!

You guys I have a good feeling that this is normal, but I’m not getting a straight answer in a quick google search.

Anyone else had their nipples leak a small amount of clear fluid? 29 weeks exactly and I noticed some small spots in my bra and when I checked I was able to express a small amount out.

I feel like it might be just a hormone shift of sorts (laaawwwddd these hormones!!) but wondering if anyone has asked their healthcare pros about this??
