Breastfeeding and formula: the basics

Ok ladies can someone explain these to me :

• Once you pumped your breastmilk, how long can it be stored in the fridge for ?

•Do you store your breastmilk directly in bottles ?

•Do you use a bottle warmer to warm up the milk or something else?

•Does formula milk always have to be warmed up before baby is fed? (After mixing the powder with water)

• Is tap water fine for newborns or does it have to be bottled water ?
