Round Ligament Pain?

I’m 17 weeks. When I get up to use the restroom in the middle of the night I get a strong stabbing feeling (kinda similar to a Charlie horse) on my right side all the way up my bikini line. It only happens while peeing with a full bladder at night. 
Is this round ligament pain or should I be worried?

Oh gosh this happened to me too!!! I had to get used to getting up a few times at night to empty my bladder because if it got too full I had to pee a little at a time because it would hurt so bad. My ob said it’s because when we empty our bladder the uterus moves which causes pain. I’m almost 19 weeks now and it’s gone away. Just get used to using the rr all day and don’t hold it in. It’s annoying but it helps to go more often.
