Cramps..
Anyone else get cramps when they wake up and go toilet 😐, literally every morning I wake up and I get em, they go away 20mins after I pee but so annoying and only on one side. Literally thinking too set alarms too wake mee up every so often so I can go toilet so it don’t happen 😫
