Progesterone supplement???

Any ladies have experience with prometrium suppositories 100 mg twice a day?? What is side effects anything I should know about these messy during sex sorry TMI 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

We had sex at night before I put the suppository in. Wear a panty liner. Other then that i had no real side effects.

I took orally. Once to prevent mc when i was 6-9 weeks pg & had no side effects, maybe sleepy. 
Took last cycle, cd 15-27. And I was nauseous, very very very dizzy, had a horrible headache & kept falling asleep during the day & having trouble waking up. I hated it. Didn’t take it this cycle bc my ob just gave to try to help us conceive but had no reason for it...
