Inner thighs hurt so bad it’s hard to walk

Has anyone figured out a good way to make this inner thigh pain go away?

It doesn’t seem like SPD because it’s not in the middle, I don’t seem to have any pain right on my actual pelvis, just shooting down my inner thighs/ hip flexors/ maybe it has to do with round ligaments? Worse after I’ve been sitting for a while and then stand up.

I’m 35 weeks, trying to stay active and keep walking my dog, but it huuurrrrttts! And actually it kind of warms up after walking for a while and is not as bad, so then I keep walking, but then the next day it’ll be worse.

Any ideas ??
