It takes months to have an actual bump.

Quite frankly, you could be bloated and that can make you look pregnant. I have PCOS and I often get bloated during my two week wait before AF comes.

You could just be bloated, be pregnant but very early, have an ovarian cyst, intestinal or liver issues ect
 
There are a lot of reasons for abdominal distention. If it continues to be an issue see your doctor.
