11wks f.t.m scan in 5 days feel anxious again

Hi first time pregnancy for me I’m 34 , had pretty much zero symptoms and most say I should be grateful but its caused me stress I worried after reading about mmc so when I was in a state crying all time at 7 wks had private scan baby and heartbeat , now it’s my nhs coming up scan and I’m nervous again as still no major symptoms and only had the implantion cramps followed by odd twinge here and there , someone please tell me I’m just being silly and that it’s fine to not have many symptoms or feel much going on down there yet
