6w2d no fetal pole?

Supposed to be 6w2d, got a trans abdominal US last night and there was nothing there but a gestational sac, but that since my hormone levels weren’t quite to the marker they use as a 6 week marker, I could just be even earlier than 6 weeks and therefore that is why not much was seen - my hCG levels are 7950 - went today to get a transvaginal and once again they saw nothing but the gestational sac - no fetal pole and no yolk sac - they said if my levels aren’t higher by tomorrow morning then I probably lost it.

Has anyone had this happen and NOT have it be a miscarriage.
