Worried..

My period is 13 days Loafers and I had protected sex with a condom about almost 3 weeks ago but thing is, that condoms WRAPPER was seriously beat up but the condom itself had no holes and there was still lube so I can’t say that the condom was bad because I don’t know! I took a hpt a few days ago and came out negative but i accidentally went pass the max line. Should I retest?
