Symptoms disappeared 6 weeks 6 days (happy story)
Went back to the ultrasound clinic this morning in a panic. Everything is fine. The nurse was a mother of two and told me she's totally been there but that pregnancy symptoms come and go and not to worry too much. Passing this along in case anyone finds it helpful!
Bean measured 7 weeks with a heart rate of 131.
