Just wondering any advice or stuff you ladies wish you knew before getting the mirena! I used to take the pill but it wasn’t really working out the best for me, because I have to stay on birth control for years to reduce my chances of endometrial cancer, due to irregularities in my cycle. I also have extremely heavy periods (when I do end up getting them) so i’m hoping it will help.

Any advice from someone that can relate would be greatly appreciated 💗
