Ambiguous Genitalia

I went to the doctor November 19 and has my ultrasound. They said for sure it was a girl.

2 nights ago, my doctor calls me and tells me I need to go to the high risk clinic. That my baby had ambiguous genitalia.... we went from being so sure. To not knowing anything.

Can anyone please help me out here. I’ll love the baby regardless, but it just concerns me. I wasn’t even in the office, they called and told me this over the phone.
