Sleep schedule
My daughters 3 months old and I'm thinking I should start her on a sleep schedule but I have no idea where to start. So how should I do this? Where do I start is there a method that works best? She already sleeps through the night I would just like to start her on more of a routine. She's ebf and I'm a ftm and I am a sponge for knowledge. Tia
