Cramping Day After BFP

Just got a BFP at home yesterday literally 1 hour after seeing my obgyn for a pelvic exam/ discussing starting clomid next month. So excited!

However, I’ve been cramping all day and had a tiny little bit of pale pink spotting this morning, but nothing since. Today is the day I should have started my period, and I have the cramps I usually get right before it starts, but no period. Anyone else have this? I’m waiting from a call back from my OB’s nurse.
