Endometriosis chemical pregnacy

Hi. After been diagnosed with endometriosis for done years I thought my chances of pregnancy was low. It's was my first month ttc. And I got pregnant I was so happy. I draped the test up and put it under the tree for my husband as this is all we have ever wanted and thought it would take years. Wel that night I started bleeding and found out I have a chemical pregnacy and after research found it could be because of my endometriosis. Now I feel heart broken. I feel my endometriosis getting in the way of everything in life. I am so fed up and feel like I have no one to talk to. Is there any success stories out there of people conceiving with endometriosis and actually having a baby. Thankyou
