Dream of stretch marks

Last night I had a dream that after I had given birth. I had a great deal of stretch marks. I have them on my hips from puberty and I have the lines of stretch marks that are the same color as my skin from my 2 other pregnancies. So they are not at all noticeable. Anyway in my dream I had bright re ones that stretched from my belly to in between my boobs that were shaped like the tree of life. I had at least 4 trees. And I thought they were so beautiful in the dream. I woke up freaking out checking my belly lol. No stretch marks lol
