Do I cheat on my diet? 🤔

Soooo I’m 6+3 and I’ve been in a diet since before I got pregnant and have lost about 15 pounds. It’s low carb and after finding out I’m pregnant I upped my carb limit but still restrict it and keep track of my macros. Well since yesterday, NOTHING sounds good 🤮🤢 none of my normal low carb faves sound appealing at all, like I’d rather starve than eat them and feel like I could throw up if I do. Obviously I can’t starve myself. Anyways, pizza and Mac and cheese and a whole bunch of my carb loaded favorites sound AMAZING. So the question is, do I give into my cravings and gain the weight back or do I force myself to eat the low carb foods?
