My 34 weeker's sleep schedule is killing me 😪😪
Not literally but dear goodness.
Schedule example:
4am- Wakeup
5am- Wants breakfast
6am- Play time
7am- Wants to go back to sleep
9am-wakeup
10-11am- Play time
12pm-Lunch
1pm- Naps again
3pm-wakeup
4-5pm- Playtime
6pm-Starts getting sleepy but won't sleep
7pm- Sleep
8pm- wakeup to nurse
10pm- wakeup to nurse
12am-wakeup to nurse
then finally he stays asleep until 4am when he wakes up ready to play and eat breakfast.
Anyone else's kiddos have a sleep schedule like this 😩😩😩 I feel like I am running on fumes by the time 4am rolls around.
I feel like our daytime schedule is awesome but his nighttime schedule is ROUGH.
