Positive test a month after abortion

On November 30th I went in for the pill abortion two weeks later (last week) I went in for my follow up to verify my uterus was empty (it was)

This morning I decided to take a test expecting to see a reassuring negative ..but nope a VERY VERY solid two lines immediately popped up ? Is this normal ? I guess technically it’s been less than a month could the hormones still be in my body ?
