Birth Control Mayhem

I went off birth control well over a month ago. I thought I saw a BFP 🥰 on a test, it was obviously negative 😭. AF came. Has anyone’s AF changed after stopping BC? Lighter? Cramps? I used to never have cramps unless I ovulated. Now I’ve had slight cramps with my first period off BC. But I used to be really heavy ( an overnight pad every 2hr). I’m 2 days in, and I’m super light compared (1 spot on an overnight pad all night) Input ladies?? Did your periods change after stopping BC?
