You’re supposed to take an OPK with FMU, correct?

All tests are different. Just follow the directions on yours. I used FMU and afternoon urine with my OPKs and didn’t notice any difference with using FMU. I never got false negatives or false positives that way. I used Wondfo cheapies and Clearblue Advanced digital

After 10am is best for OPKs. Pregnancy tests are best with fmu
