Nap time
Anyone else having trouble with nap time? My 3 month old is on a 3 hour eat play nap routine and more recently hes started crying at the nap part. I've tried putting him to sleep earlier or later than the usual but as soon as I start the nap time routine he gets upset and cries while I rock him to sleep
