14 weeks 4 days er visit...part of my placenta detached from the uterine wall

Anyone else have this happened? I got to work this am. Went to the bathroom and there was blood in my panties. Not bright bright red but not exactly brown. I went to the er the baby looked great but they said part of my placenta detached causing me to bleed. He said it should resolve on its on but my paper work for discharge said threatened miscarriage. He didn’t mention that. Freaks me out! Waiting on my ob to call me back now as they were closed when I went in this am. The hospital did say bed rest for at least a couple days. So I’m in bed not doing a thing.
