Pregnancy questions!!!

I took a pregnancy test on December 20th. My last period was November 27th, it was a normal period. The test I took on the 20th came back positive I took another one on the 21st also positive just to be save I took another 2 on the 22nd also positive. A total of 4 positive test. My period was supposed to be due on the 25th or December. I wake up today on the 27th mild cramping I think it’s stretching it might be normal. I start to spot an hour later, 30 minutes later I start to clot blood. I wait it off. An hour later I’m starting to bleed and clot heavier but not as heavy as a menstrual cycle. I go to the, they run blood work, urine samples and a sonogram. With the sonogram they said it might be too soon tell see if there’s a baby in there and that my pregnancy hormone is at 29% when he expects it to be at 500%. He told me to wait and if I’m gushing blood to go back otherwise to see an OBGYN something this or next week. The blood has become very might with very minor clotting. Do you ladies think it was a miscarriage? I was approximately 4 weeks pregnant. Please give me some insight. Thank you in advance.
