Water breaking,Discharge,or mucus plug?

This morning I got up to pee and once I stood up and walked around for a few I felt something running down my leg (I don’t sleep in panties so didn’t have any on at this time). I went back into the bathroom and wiped the liquid. It was like water and clear with no smell. I’m still very wet in that area & now when I wipe it there’s tiny dots of white stuff but still clear liquid with it.

Is this normal? What could it be? I’ll be 36 weeks Sunday & have my regular ob appointment this afternoon but wanted to see if anyone else has had this happen and if so what it was.
