Pilonidal cyst during 34th week!!

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I've got this cyst and its too painful i just can't sit or sleep it's been four days i showed this to my gynae she didn't recognise it and i asked her if i could apply tea tree oil on that area she was ok with it but i tried calamine lotion aloe vera too nothing worked the pain is just increasing everyday and my baby is head down already I'm scared i can't bear this pain with the labour anyone had this during pregnancy?? And did you cured it please share 😭
