Natural vs induced.

How bad is it really to be induced? My boy has stopped growing how they want him too so will be inducing this Monday at 38+5. My other two I went into labour naturally and didn't have inductions. They have given me a sweep and will give me another on Sunday and hope I will labour on my own rather than need the induction but if I don't what can I expect? She's mentioned they will hook me to a hormone IV and then try and break my water, which hopefully will be enough. I'm actually quite nervous, I'm excited too meet my son but nervous about the whole induction process.
