Breakup

Me and my boyfriend were together for almost 2 years and we ended it a week ago. Today I asked him if this is what he truly wants to do and asked him if he even wanted to try one last time... but he really doesn’t want to anymore. I feel like my heart is ripped out of my chest and all I have is anger right now.... what can I really do to move on because I feel horrible right now
