Why do people get piercings/ tattoos and have no idea how to care for them afterwards. DO YOUR RESEARCH. LISTEN TO YOUR TATTOO ARTIST/ PIERCER. If you don’t know something, ask them before you get something done. Simple.

Seriously. The amount of people on here asking for healing / aftercare advice to a bunch of people who are likely 99% not involved in the body modification industry is baffling to me. 
Like, why aren't you guys oh I don't know...CONTACTING THE SHOP YOU WENT TO?! Or a different one if you have doubts about the artist/piercer from the original place?! 
Specially when it comes to possible infections. Pick up a phone and stop relying on social media. 
Blows my mind.
