3 month old smells?

My 3 month old has rolls and between them it’s pink/red and smells...what can I do about it?

I would take baby a nice bath and put A&D ointment on the irritated spots.

Take baby to the doctor to make sure you’re using the appropriate product and that you don’t need a prescription. Don’t use a powder as they are unsafe
