When are you planning on announcing your pregnancy??

I’m just wondering when everyone is planning on announcing? I just found out via home pregnancy test this week, I’m 4 weeks 4 days. This is my 2nd pregnancy and just like the first, it’s soooo hard to keep it a secret, especially since I’ve changed some habits that people will probably notice (no more massive amounts of coffee). We are thinking about waiting until confirmed by my doctor, appointment is scheduled for Jan 25th but that’s a long time to wait before saying anything! Only my husband and best friend know but I can trust them not to say anything until we are ready.

I don’t know if I will announce at all. Maybe when im half way. I’ve had two miscarriages this year. I have told the people I want to know already because if I lose this one too I’ll need their support and love!

I’m 4 weeks and we had a miscarriage this summer at 11 1/2 weeks (baby didn’t make it past about 8 1/2 weeks) so I’m waiting to tell people until our appointment where we get a strong heartbeat. We heard the heartbeat twice this past summer at 7 and 8 weeks and then it was gone at my 10 week appointment. Personally I think you should tell everyone when you are ready :) there’s no right or wrong time. I’ve always spilled the beans early but after our loss I plan to wait this time.

I’ve told my 2 best friends (and cycle buddy who got pregnant too!) but are waiting until we get a heartbeat on an ultrasound to tell family. And we won’t announce on Facebook until 20 weeks. 
I’m so scared of miscarriage that we aren’t even excited. I just eat and live healthy in constant fear lol. Basically, I have decided to tell everyone that I’d want to talk to if I had a miscarriage, since they’d find out either way. 🙁🙂

I’m think we will until the birth this time. We lost our son at 18 weeks in July and it was hard to tell people, but I think everyone should do it whenever they want!

This is just me, but I have always thought it best to wait to publicly announce until at least 12 weeks. I'll announce via FB and IG between 12 and 14 weeks. Now as far as family, we told my parents on Christmas. His family we will once we know everything is ok and have the first sonogram.

I’ve told my best friend and parents. Since I just had a miscarriage I’m waiting until closer to my 1st Appt to tell the rest of our immediate family and will probably announce on Valentines Day like I did with my first :)

I’m only 5 weeks so I’m not planning on announcing for awhile...I’ve had 5 miscarriages so I don’t want to “jinx” it. My first appointment isn’t until January 30th so we will tell his parents on February 2nd (his moms birthday) and everyone else on Valentine’s Day. I have told my best friend and sister but that’s it.

I was pregnant this summer, and after our first appointment my husband and I announced. We ended up having a miscarriage after we had already heard the heartbeat at 10 weeks and unfortunately had to tell everyone we lost the baby. We don’t regret announcing early, in fact we had a ton of support (it was AMAZING). 
However, we just found out last week we’re pregnant with our rainbow, and this time we don’t plan on announcing until sometime in the second trimester. We don’t regret announcing early last time, but it wasn’t fun having to tell people about the miscarriage. 
But I know a ton of people who choose to announce early and there’s nothing wrong with that! I think you should announce when you guys are ready ☺️

Our first ultrasound is jan 16th and i'm planning on buying "my baby heartbeat bears" to record heartbeat and give to parents as a reveal. We will be just 8 weeks. Other than that, other people 12 weeks
