Possible Positive? Freaking Out

I have a Skyla IUD. My breasts have been super sore and I’ve been cramping a bit. I don’t actually bleed during my cycle, but I do get cramps and tenderness. I figured it was just my cycle. Tell me if you see anything or if this is for sure negative and my mind is playing tricks on me.
