Who has had this and got a bfp?

My AF is due tomorrow and all day I have been getting dizzy spells 😭 even when I’m just sitting for a couple minutes and not laying down I stand up and can feel myself getting dizzy I’ve had a ton of hot flashes today as well. Any ladies experiences something similar and have had a bfp?

And here we are. I knew something was up my bfp here. It was so weird my oldest came to me a couple days ago and she pat my belly and was like “baby?”

I had dizziness, due to morning sickness. That and bcz I haven’t been smoking so im going through withdrawal. So yes its a possible sign!
