Miscarrige

So Xmas day I started bleeding and getting light period cramps I was taken to a+e and told it was a threatened misscarrige and to take it easy for a fee days on the 27th I was taken back to a+e with severe cramps and mild bleeding and given a course of antibiotics as I had a UTI this again gave me hope that maybe the bleeding and pains were due to the UTI, on the 28th I went for a scan to determine what was going on to find out there was no baby in my womb it was on the outside, prepped for surgery due to etopic pregnancy I didn't end up having the surgery as my hormone levels were low they said my body was rejecting the baby and pushing it out itself I only knew for a week before hand I was expecting I was 6 weeks when I lost it, I'm absolutely deveststaed and can't stop crying I feel so lost and so low right now
