So discouraged! False positive OPK?

So this is my 3rd cycle of clomid. My nurses told me to BD CD11(today) through CD17. I had been BD CD9-15. I have a 28 day cycle. Yesterday( morning) I took an CBA opk, it was a solid circle. Forgot to do it this morning; just did another one and it was a solid smiley. I used a LH strip and it’s positive as it can be. I haven’t BD at all yet and my husband is at work😫😫 I just want to cry!!! I don’t know how long my surge has been up.
