Early pregnancy symptoms?

We tried to conceive this month on the 20th and today when I wipe I have either faint pink or dark brown discharge. It’s not bad, haven’t ruined any clothes - yay! - just curious if this is what implantation bleeding is like? I usually do not spot between periods.

Very mild cramps every now and then but no other changes. My period is due next Saturday and will test then but waiting is the hard part. 😃
