Nervous about potential pregnancy at 20yrs old !!

I was unaware that my pill would be affected by my other medication that I take for my chronic pain. I am now a week late on my very regular period and have sex multiple times just before ovulation. I’m so scared to take a pregnancy test and need some support ladies 😩😩😩 my partner isn’t ready for a children and I have fiercely religious families on both sides but also could never abort a child. Buying the test today but is is too early to test?
