Need to get on track!
Help - I feel like I have been totally worthless my first trimester and would like to start January 2 as a goal to get on track. I have not been meal planning and cooking since I feel the worst in the evening, Have not been working out because I’ve been opting for more sleep in the morning and at night, Have been leaving pretty much everything including some things at work until the last minute And have majorly been slacking on house upkeep. What are you ladies doing to keep yourself on track? I’m trying to grant myself some flexibility the first trimester but I can’t go through six more months of feeling like crap and unorganized and unproductive every day. 😬
