Period cramps feel like contractions

Spotted brown for 2 days today I’m bleeding like a normal period in the AM it was a little heavy now it’s normal my cramps feel like contractions I’m nauseous have lower back pain and I get headaches. Should I be worry and go to the ER... to be honest I don’t know if I’m pregnant I took a test and I saw a vvfl. According to my apps today was the day to start my period but this is not normal for me..
