Does anyone else get horrid pulsating headaches all the time?

I get these insane headaches, especially at night. They’re so miserable. This is my fourth pregnancy, and I’ve never had headaches like this. I’m seven weeks right now and they started at four weeks. I don’t have high blood pressure or any issues like that. 
Does anyone else have headaches like this? Especially at night?

I am right there with you. These headaches have been killing me at night. Ive been having them non stop. I have to turn the lights off and just go to sleep, but thats even hard cause insomnia is kicking my butt too. The perks of pregnancy.

I have always gotten headaches and migraines. I had a headache for two days straight before I found out I was pregnant this time and have had one every day since. I found out at exactly 4 weeks and am 5 weeks 2 days now. It’s from all the hormones and completely normal! Pregnancy is crazy

Yes I get them off and on. I went to my doctor and she said my sinuses are inflamed. She said it's very commen in pregnancy to have a lot of sinus headaches. I was approved for nose spray and it helps so much.

Get your blood pressure checked anyways. It’s possible for preeclampsia to show up in the first trimester even though it’s commonly found in the third. If your blood pressure is normal and there’s no  excess protein in your urine then it’s probably just from hormones.
