What would you do?

My babysitter depleted my small amount of pumped milk I had stashed and I won’t have enough to leave for a wedding on New Years eve. I’ll be away for 8 hours. 
Would you A) have the sitter give baby formula (my baby hasn’t had it before and I don’t even know if she’d take it.) B) bring baby to wedding and breast feed as usual (I obviously wouldn’t be able to drink much or relax.)
Tbh I’m leaning towards B because my babysitter really upset me tonight. I left my baby with her for the first time and she used twice as much milk as necessary and told me my baby is too small and I’m not producing enough milk even though my baby is perfect according to her pediatrician! 😠 I still need her to come though because it’s too late for me to find someone else to babysit my 2 year old and she’s very good with him and I really couldn’t bring him to the wedding.

Babysitter had obviously put it in a rude way, but honestly if baby ate more milk than usual, doesn't that mean she actually needed it? I would not get mad because of that at babysitter I would actually be thankful she read the cues. Or do I miss something? Idk my baby never accepts neither boobs nor bottle if he is not hungry, so if he ate I would assume he needed that. 
Oh and I would go and enjoy wedding alone for a few hours if I trust that person.

I would say to take your baby with you if she hasn't had formula before. Sometimes it can take a few tries to find a formula that your baby actually likes, and I don't think you'd be able to relax and have fun at the wedding if you aren't sure if your baby is eating well at home.

Take the baby with you. It's the babysitter's loss that she used up most of the breastmilk. And why leave the baby with her again? She disrespected you by not following directions and making you feel like an inferior mama because you supposedly are not feeding your baby enough.

I'd just take her with you. No you wont get to relax like you'd like, but it's better than coming home to a screaming baby with a messed up stomach from formula. It could've just been my baby, but it took her a few days before her stomach got use to the transition and there was nothing I could do about it since my milk dried up.

I'd probably make up bottles in advance with half formula/half breast milk.

The 1st day my baby went to the sitter she refused the bottle.  The 2nd day she depleted my stash ! I think babies eat more away from mom for comfort. Also my little one may have been going through a growth spurt. I had to start drinking mothers milk tea and the lactation cookies to help me produce more milk.
