Cover up pores?

As I’ve aged, I’ve had horribly huge poores. I’ve watched videos of how to prevent them with certain scrubs and masks, but I want to know how to cover them up! I feel like I put my makeup on and 30 min. later I can see them again. Anyone have any tips? Also, if you have any preventative treatments that have ACTUALLY WORKED FOR YOU, not just something you’ve always done and you have naturally awesome skin and just think it’s because you use a certain face wash. I’m talking had bad poores, then didn’t.
