Anything to help an upset stomach?
I already went to the bathroom & im just gassy, i tried to see if I needed to go to the bathroom again but couldn’t. I have to go to breakfast with my family for a birthday but my stomach is bothering me a bit, anything I can take to help my stomach? I took two time but I’m not sure if they worked, can I take one more or no? Any at home remedies I can take
