TMI Is this the placenta?

I had a MMC December 17th. My water broke and I passed the baby but the placenta never came out. Here I am 2 weeks later and this comes out in the shower. Also my cervix is open enough for me to fit my finger in it. Gross i know but I've been bleeding for 2 weeks and still getting positive hpts. Hoping this means I'll stop bleeding soon. It had thick tissue mixed in with the blood and also a bad smell so i hope i dont have an infection. Thoughts or experiences?
