Help!

I've been under some stress lately and have gone through a lot in the past month, but today something happened that has never happened to me ever before!

I walked into Sephora and picked up a makeup product and had it in my hand snd continued walking around the store to shop. I found nothing else and FORGOT I had a foundation in my hand and walked out the store. I didnt even feel it in my hand and had no idea I was holding it. It happened again later that day at Shoppers Drug Mart, the same exact thing.

Then I was driving and did a left turn on a one way street, causing me to drive facing traffic and on the wrong side of the street so I pulled over and did a u-turn, didnt even see the one way street sign.

I've been having lots of headaches and blurry vision but am I just paranoid? I cant believe it!!

Help!
