Tmi warning

So after having my 2nd over 2 years ago Ive been battling a hemroid that would seem to go away then come back but due to not having insurance i didnt want to treat it over the counter and somehow do something wrong so I've just kinda delt with it but since getting pregnant its gotten much worse. At 30 weeks im pretty much scared to poo due to it bleeding and at my last check up with my doctor when giving a urine test i saw blood when wiping. After panic i found out it was just the hemroid acting up and not anything else. Well my doctor told me i can use a over the counter cream but i didnt catch which one and now im sitting here confused on which one is safe to use. Its gotten bad enough i think its added to me being anemic (another thing doctor could prescribe and just told me to go by over the counter is iron supplement) i dont get this cus with my 1st my doctor wrote me prescriptions for everything i could need, this one seems to hate to write them. Does anyone know which creams are safe? I need relief and i dont see my doctor for another few weeks. Baths dont even help anymore :(

I saw whitch hazel is supposed to help is that true? This pregnancy has been so different then my previous 2 lol.
